What we collect
When you use Vantrait, we store the photo(s) you upload of your pet, the AI-generated portrait we create from them, and basic usage information (like which style you picked and when). We don't require a name, password, or account to try the free preview.
How your photo is used
Your uploaded photo is sent to our AI image provider (currently OpenAI) solely to generate your pet's portrait. It is not used to train AI models, and it is not shared with any other third party or used for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your original uploaded photo and the generated portrait so you can return and re-download it later. Original uploaded photos are automatically deleted after 30 days. Purchased (unlocked) portraits are kept so you can re-download them; you can request deletion at any time (see Contact below).
Payments
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not see or store your card details on our own servers.
